The Transfer Window has slammed shut for another season. After all the speculation and excitement, it’s time to look back at our top signings.
He’s back! Following a successful two year stint with the French side, Luiz has officially returned to The Blues on a three year contract. Speaking after the signing, the Brazilian had this to say;
“I’m delighted to return to Chelsea. We had a fantastic story during my first time at the club and I want to help the team and Antonio Conte achieve a lot of success. I always had a wonderful relationship with the fans and I am looking forward to wearing the blue shirt at Stamford Bridge once again.” [Source]
Welcome back, @DavidLuiz_4!

Let’s face it, Joe Hart is Head and Shoulders above the rest in terms of transfer speculation 😉 I think we should just let the tweets do the talking for this one…
Biggest shock of the transfer window for us? Finding out Joe Hart’s real name is Charles.

Here’s Joe Hart arriving in Turin to sign for Torino. Looks glum, but typically dandruff-free. What a bloody champ. pic.twitter.com/vRaIZHJi49

Now here’s a shocker if ever there was one. Sissoko is officially a Spurs man following a last minute deal on deadline day. In a story that had more twists and turns than a Tarantino movie, Everton had secured that star when their offer of approximately £30m was accepted, only to withdraw after they were unable to agree personal terms. Just goes to show that nothing is certain on deadline day…
Balotelli’s not had a good time of it as of late has he? It has been well reported that that the Italian striker hasn’t quite lived up to expectations since he signed with Anfield two year ago and now that it’s all over (finally), fans are… well, quite happy…
Balotelli on a free is still paying over the odds by Nice.

Balotelli joining Nice on a free is basically Nice giving us £5m because that’s what his wages save us!
That’s nice #LFC

It’s official, the biggest deal of the Summer transfer window is…. Pogba! In a record shattering £93.25 million deal, it’s goodbye Juventus and hello Old Trafford for the French midfielder. The speculation has been going on for months over this signing, with the announcement being made with a blinking MUSIC VIDEO! Well, we didn’t expect less if we’re honest…
Here’s hoping he’s worth the cash!

Now we all have to wait until next year for the next batch of transfers…Until then that’s the transfer round up!
